Day 1 - Arrival in Qeshm
Welcome to Qeshm!
Today we fly to Qeshm from Tehran (1072 km, 2 hours). Our flight leaves Tehran at 6 or 8 am depending on the day of the week. Arriving at Qeshm , we’ll get to our hostel to get some rest. The hostel is a very cozy and atmospheric house, run by locals. After settling in the hostel and getting some rest we’ll head to Naz Island. When the sea level reduces at the time of low tide; we’re able to walk to Naz Island as the water is only ankle-deep and enjoy the great sensation of walking in the sea. Getting back to Qeshm, we’ll have lunch and head to our next stop, the Valley of Stars. This amazing valley is famous for the unique shape of its rock, believed to be created due to meteorites by locals. We’ll spend a while exploring this amazing geological site and then we’ll get back to the hostel for dinner. You’ll have the rest of the evening to yourself.

This harbor is famous for its narrow alleys and the enchanting scenery of the sunset that can be witnessed from its shore. Generally, April and May are the best months for traveling to Iran. The second high season period for traveling to Iran is from September to mid-November. It’s recommended to book your Iran tour 3 to 6 months in advance if you want to travel to Iran during the high season. This way, you’ll have various choices for hotels and flights and can get an early bird discount. For those interested in Iran trekking tours and mountain climbing in Iran, the best time is during summer. The weather is rather hot at this time of the year (30-35 degrees); however, this won’t be a problem as vehicles and hotels are equipped with air conditioner. You can combine an adventurous Iran trekking tour with an interesting cultural tour.
When is the best time to book an Iran tour?

We’ll inform you ofthe best options available on your tour date. You’ll have both the option of a traditional boutique hotel and a normal one in some cities that you can choose from.
Which type of accommodation is better for an Iran cultural trip? Hotels, guesthouses or boutique hotels?
Each traveler may prefer one of these types of accommodation according to his/her habits and personality features. Adventure of a Lifetime Been dreaming about visiting Iran and climbing my first 5 thousander for quite some time. I knew it was just a matter of time and finding the right people to help us turning our dream into reality. And then we found them: Cheetah Adventure team.First of all, thanks to Ali, the head of the team, who helped us with our visa and organised our trip. He was patient enough to answer all our questions prior the trip.Deep respect to Ashkan and Mehrdad our mountain guides. Without their tips and assistance our team wouldn't be able to summit Damavand (5610m) so easily. So even if you are an experienced hiker, do not attempt to climb this giant without these people. They do know the mountain, more than anyone. Thanks to Mohammad and Mehrdad who guided us in concrete jungles of Tehran and Isfahan. Showing us the most important and amazing sights, leading us through narrow passages in bazaars, introducing us the tastiest local dishes. Last but not least, I'm extremely grateful to our skillful and experienced drivers. They were life- savers, for sure.Going Back? Definitely! Iran has so much to offer! See you in Persian Gulf ... Let's see what's in the depth of the crystal clear waters...

CLIMB OF DAMAVAND AND 1-DAY TOUR IN TEHRAN CONTACTED CHEETAH ADVENTURES TO ORGANISE A GUIDED CLIMP OF MOUNT DAMAVAND, ON JUNE 2023. COMMUNICATION WAS EFFICIENT AND ORGANIZATION WAS VERY PROFFESSIONAL. VISA WAS ISSUED QUICKLY AND THE TRANSPORT / CLIMB SCHEDULE WAS AS AGREED. FRIENDLY PEOPLE, ADAPTABLE TO THE SITUATIONS , WITH THE RIGHT LEVEL OF FLEXIBILITY, AS AND WHEN NEEDED. LAST DAY WAS DEDICATED TO A WELL ORGANISED GUIDED TOUR OF TEHRAN. I WAS LEFT WITH VERY POSITIVE IMPRESSIONS. SPECIAL THANKS TO ALI (CHEETAH ADVENTURES CEO), ASHKAN (MY MOUNTAIN GUIDE) AND SABER (MY TEHRAN TOUR GUIDE). MAY GOD HELP AND PROTECT YOU ALL.
Best weekend in Iran We wanted to thank Ali and Mehdad for their hospitality, professionalism, loyalty to their work and awesome memories. First of all Ali helped us to get a visa in a matter of two days, which is crazy fast. Without getting any money in advance because there was a problem with transactions from our side. He did it based on pure trust. Then already in a country we accidentally left our passports in Teheran, cause of the hotel’s policy, they take your passport while you stay there, and after being checked out walking around in different city, we remembered about such a tiny thing like your passport being left out in another country, Ali helped to resolve this problem too. Which we were really grateful for. Besides all the views and all the history. It was top-notch. The most memorable trip abroad so far, thank you guys for everything. We’re hoping to come back and will try to repeat the adventure with you. Sorry for the delayed review. Hope to see you soon ???? Jane and Kseniia
I'm bringing a wonderful life from Persia! Thank you to our guides, and especially the drivers from Cheetah Adventures, for helping mountaineers from Serbia (PSK POBEDA), and at the same time tourists, to get to know beautiful Persia in 15 days.
Iranian culture trip Our trip to Iran could not have been better prepared and organized. My husband and I traveled with our 6 year old daughter for the last 3 weeks during a time of change in Iran. As part of our family has a US passport, we had great support by Ali to make sure our Visas are processed accordingly. It was not easy but it all worked out with Ali’s help.Ali and his guides Farid and Mousse took great care of us and were very knowledgeable about the history and places we visited. We did not feel as normal tourists on this trip but we were treated as friends and family throughout the entire time of our trip. The Iranian people are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. They are proud of their heritage, their long world history and the normal people on the streets are just beautiful - inside out!Obviously, change is going to happen in Iran. We listened to the peoples stories, wishes, dreams and desires. They are all ready for the world to embrace them and take them in as equal partners and friends. Our heart is with the Iranian people.
Damavand 4 trek I had a pleasure to do 4-day Damavand trek with Ali. From the beginning we had good communication, everything was clear and on time. The equipement was provided and things well organised, the pace well adjusted. Ali is very experienced climber and helpful with sharing his knowledge about mountains and Iran itself, which made the whole expierience very natural and personal. Couldn't recommend it more
Persian beauty Thanks Ali, Mohammad, Mehrdad and Tannaz for being our friends and not ordinary tourist guides during our two weeks journey in Iran. Thanks for showing us the beauty of your country but more importantly for showing us the spirit and kindness of the Iranian people. A unique experience! Highly recommended!
